GetPopulations
This application will output the abundance of each patch for each year
of the simulation (actually, the abundances are the mean abundances
over all iterations of the simulation).
Arguments
There are three mandatory arguments to this application:
MPFile Start_Year Delimiter
MPFile is
the metapop file to process
Start_Year
is the first year of the simulation. Each subsequent time-step is
assumed to be one year after this
Delimiter is
the character used to delimit the fields in the outputs
Outputs
The outputs of this application are one line that showing the number of
patches loaded, followed by oneline per year, where each line consists
of the year followed by triplets for each patch. Each triplet is
comprised of the X,Y coordinates of the patch and the mean abundance.
Elements of each triplet are colon (:) delimited, and each triplet is
delimited by the delimiter specified at the command line.
Example
The following command:
getpopulations example.mp 2000 ,
produces the following output. Note that only the first line is
reproduced here, due to the large amount of data this application can
output.
