These functions are used to communicate with the DLL. Because the DLL accepts and returns C style strings, the functions handle the back and forth conversion of pascal strings.
fcSendCommand - sends command strings
to the engine
fcGetErrorString - returns error messages
from the engine
fcGetResultString - returns results
of operations
