There are presently two DLLs presnt in the FuzzyCOPE 3 System. The first is the Borland runtime DLL, cw3220.dll. This DLL is needed to run any of the executables or to use the FuzzyCOPE 3 engine. The second DLL is FC3.dll, which is the FuzzyCOPE 3 engine. This DLL is used by the GUI and the API libraries.
